Wendy Houghton - Principal and Founder

Taxony Services Pty Ltd is founded and managed by Wendy, who has a passion for (and many years experience in) all things tax and business. Her career is spent between Australia and the UK, helping companies, entrepreneurs, individuals and migrating expatriates deal with tax, business and structuring issues.

Whether advice relates to business or personal transactions, the focus is to ensure value is protected, risks are identified, and the outcome works in the real world.

Experienced in the application of both Australian and UK tax regimes, a Chartered Tax Adviser in both countries and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Particular interest in entrepreneurial businesses, expatriate/residence tax advisory, employee share scheme incentives and family business planning.
